@Brett Stockley: Unfortunately, it is not possible to configure such complex rules in ORF (currently, the pre-defined actions are performed on all blacklisted emails). Please consider voting for these features:

I'd like to put a filter on emails that come from a SPECIFIC domain. And send them to both the Recipient and a member of the companies Management Team.
Is this possible? We have the latest version running on Exchange 2003.
