b) If you have some custom (user defined) External Agents, you should simply export them and import them back to the new installation (File | Export | External Agent definitions..., File | Import |External Agent definitions...). The executables (which the agent definitions point to) should also be migrated of course. As for External Agents downloaded from our site, the simplest way is probably downloading them again and importing them to the new installation.
c) Not related directly to the migration process, but please note that Exchange 2007/2010 service packs and updates may break the CDO library registration of Windows (which ORF relies on), see our FAQ article at http://www.vamsoft.com/faq.asp#libraryerror

I've already search the forum for "migration" without any relevant hits.
a) migration of orf settings
b) migration of external agents
c) any other matters?
