SQL Error

 
I have installed the Greylisting Database on adifferent SQL 2005 Server, after Update the windows 2003 x64 with lateste Patche i got every 10 minute the following error.
Message:
Unexpected Greylisting Test error. EOleException "TCP Provider: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond".

Is this a remote SQL server or a local SQL installation? Is the connection string syntactically correct? Are remote connections enabled on the SQL server?
