Greylisting IP Exceptions
Emails from organizations with multiple outgoing servers (such as AOL or Gmail.com) may suffer a longer delay on the Greylisting test due to the nature of this test. Download the and import the exception list below to avoid this extra delay. The list contains a number IP addresses which belong to the outgoing email servers of some larger organizations.

Importing The Exception List
Follow the instructions below to import the exception list.

Download the exception list
Use the Save Target As option to download the exception file (when using Internet Explorer, right-click on the link and select from the popup menu), otherwise the browser will open the list instead of downloading it.
You can save the downloaded file to any directory you want.

Import
Start the ORF Administration Tool and select Configuration | Import | Greylisting (IP exceptions) from the menu.
Select the downloaded file in the dialog and click "Ok" to import.

Apply the changes
Press CTRL-U or select Configuration | Save and Update Configuration from the menu.
