DSBL Shutdown

The Distributed Sender Blackhole List (a.k.a. Distributed Sender Boycott List, DSBL) operates no longer since May 2008. Its administrators continued to run their authoritative nameservers for several months after their decommissioning announcement, but as of March 9, 2009, even those servers are offline. DNS lookups will return errors from now on, so it is strongly suggested to disable this blacklist in ORF if you still have it enabled (Configuration / Tests / DNS Blacklists in the Administration Tool).
